A look into Heaven: Near Death Experiences
Non-Experience
About 1/3 of the people who have experienced clinical death and have come back to life do
not report of having Heaven or Hell like experiences. You can only experience Heaven-like,
Hell-like or Transcendental experience when your spirit leaves your body. Otherwise, you
feel nothing (just like being asleep).
Pleasant or Heaven-Like
Experience
Many NDE talk about going through a tunnel and meeting a light (Often Representing God).
Then they are shown a review of their life and learned that the only thing that matters is
what you do for others. Many then experience overwhelming love once they are taken to a
place call Heaven.
Unpleasant or Hell-Like
Experience
Many people who reported Hell like experiences mentioned that the level of terror is
unimaginable and would avoid it at all costs. Many feel not only physical, but emotional
pain in these experiences.
Transcendent Experience
This gives the person otherworldly dimensions and scenes beyond the individual's frame of
reference and at times the understanding of greater truths.
How do we know if a near death experience is of God, the devil or made up by man ? According to the Bible, only God has the power to raise the dead. Therefore, anyone who has been clinically dead and report a near death experience is deserving of our attention.
